Hananati is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent henna artists operating across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Hananati provides the technology, discovery, booking, and payment tools used to facilitate these arrangements.

Hananati is not a salon, an employer of artists, or a provider of henna services. Artists listed on the platform are independent professionals responsible for the services they deliver. By using Hananati you acknowledge this marketplace structure.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You agree to provide truthful information and to use Hananati only for lawful purposes consistent with the customs and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including the date, time, location, number of guests, and design preferences. Customers must ensure the booking address is safe, accessible, and appropriate for the requested service.

Customers agree to treat artists with respect, to be present at the scheduled time, and to disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical considerations before the service begins.

Artists are independent professionals. Each artist is responsible for the quality, safety, hygiene, and conduct of the services they provide, for arriving on time, and for honoring confirmed bookings.

Artists must keep their profile, pricing, availability, and portfolio accurate at all times, and must use only safe, body-approved henna products.

Customers submit booking requests through the platform. Artists may accept or decline based on availability. A booking is confirmed only once the artist accepts and any required payment authorization is completed on Hananati.

All communication and booking management related to a Hananati booking must take place through the platform until the booking is complete.

Payments are processed through Hananati using approved payment providers. Customers authorize Hananati to charge the listed booking amount, including any applicable taxes and fees.

Artists receive their earnings through Hananati after the booking has been completed and the standard review window has passed. Payout schedules and methods are described in the artist dashboard.

Hananati charges a commission on each completed booking. The commission funds the technology, support, trust and safety, and growth of the marketplace.

The applicable commission rate is displayed to artists in the artist dashboard and may be updated from time to time with prior notice.

Cancellations are governed by Hananati's Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Both customers and artists are expected to honor confirmed bookings and to use cancellation only when truly necessary.

If an issue arises before, during, or after a booking, the customer and artist are encouraged to communicate through the platform first. If a resolution is not reached, either party may submit a dispute to Hananati support.

Hananati will review the available evidence — including booking details, messages, and any submitted media — and may issue a final decision, including partial or full refunds where appropriate.

You agree not to use Hananati for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, or culturally inappropriate purpose. Sharing personal contact information to circumvent the platform, attempting to bypass commissions, posting false reviews, or impersonating others is strictly prohibited.

Hananati reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, that poses a risk to other users, or that compromises the integrity of the marketplace. Where possible, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to respond.

Hananati provides the marketplace and supporting tools on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hananati is not liable for the conduct of any artist or customer, for service outcomes, for losses arising from cancellations, or for any indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law.

The Hananati name, logo, design, software, and content are the property of Hananati and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Artists retain ownership of the portfolio content they upload, and grant Hananati a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote that content within the platform and its marketing channels.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The final governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution provisions will be confirmed following formal legal review.

Hananati may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of Hananati after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
