What Hananati expects from every artist
- Honour every confirmed booking — arrive on time, prepared, and presentable.
- Use only safe, body-approved henna. No black henna (PPD), no harmful additives.
- Maintain strict hygiene — clean tools, fresh cones, sanitised surfaces for every client.
- Treat every customer with respect, modesty, and cultural sensitivity at all times.
- Keep your pricing, availability, and portfolio accurate and up to date.
- Communicate professionally through Hananati chat. Reply promptly to booking requests.
What Hananati does not accept
- Sharing phone numbers, emails, WhatsApp, or social handles to move bookings off Hananati.
- Taking cash bookings off-platform from customers you met through Hananati.
- No-shows, late cancellations, or sending a replacement artist without prior approval.
- Fake reviews, fake portfolios, or copied work presented as your own.
- Harassment, inappropriate conduct, discrimination, or any behaviour that endangers a customer.
- Using unsafe products, especially black henna, or working while unwell or impaired.
- Disclosing customer addresses, photos, or personal details to anyone outside the booking.
Violations are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. Depending on severity, consequences range from a written warning, to temporary suspension, to permanent removal from Hananati and forfeiture of pending earnings. Serious breaches — including safety incidents or fraud — may also be reported to the relevant authorities.
