Your trust is the foundation of Hananati. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and the steps we take to protect the privacy of every customer and artist on the platform.
We collect only the information needed to operate the Hananati marketplace and provide a trusted booking experience.
We use your information to operate the marketplace, confirm and manage bookings, process payments, verify artists, protect against fraud and misuse, deliver customer support, and improve the platform over time.
We may use aggregated or anonymized information to understand trends and to communicate the growth of the henna community in Saudi Arabia.
Customer and artist contact details — including phone numbers and email addresses — are never publicly displayed on Hananati. Direct contact is only shared when strictly necessary to complete a confirmed booking, and only between the two relevant parties.
Hananati applies industry-recognized security practices, including encrypted connections, access controls, secure cloud infrastructure, and strict role-based permissions for internal staff. Sensitive verification documents are stored separately from general profile data.
You may access, update, or correct your account information at any time from your dashboard. You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to legal and financial record-keeping obligations.
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and fraud-prevention requirements. Booking and payment records may be retained for longer periods where required by law.
Hananati works with trusted providers for hosting, payments, communications, and analytics. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and to use it only to deliver services on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
Hananati is not intended for users under the age of 18. Minors may receive henna services only with the presence and consent of a parent or legal guardian who holds the booking account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
