  • Artist profile information: portfolio images, biography, services offered, pricing, availability, and verification documents.
  • Booking information: dates, times, locations, design preferences, guest counts, and booking history.
  • Communication data: messages exchanged between customers and artists through the platform, and support conversations with Hananati.
  • Payment data: limited transaction details required to process payments; full card details are handled by our regulated payment providers and are not stored by Hananati.
  • Device and usage data: standard logs such as IP address, device type, and pages visited, used to improve performance and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the marketplace, confirm and manage bookings, process payments, verify artists, protect against fraud and misuse, deliver customer support, and improve the platform over time.

We may use aggregated or anonymized information to understand trends and to communicate the growth of the henna community in Saudi Arabia.

3. Protecting Contact Information

Customer and artist contact details — including phone numbers and email addresses — are never publicly displayed on Hananati. Direct contact is only shared when strictly necessary to complete a confirmed booking, and only between the two relevant parties.

4. Data Protection Measures

Hananati applies industry-recognized security practices, including encrypted connections, access controls, secure cloud infrastructure, and strict role-based permissions for internal staff. Sensitive verification documents are stored separately from general profile data.

5. Your Rights

You may access, update, or correct your account information at any time from your dashboard. You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to legal and financial record-keeping obligations.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and fraud-prevention requirements. Booking and payment records may be retained for longer periods where required by law.

Hananati is not intended for users under the age of 18. Minors may receive henna services only with the presence and consent of a parent or legal guardian who holds the booking account.
